Shipping Policy | Dormi Sleep Headphones

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped via DHL or USPS and tracking information is provided via e-mail. Please note that all shipping times provided on this page are estimates, and your shipping time may be longer or shorter.


Domestic shipping is free above $50 USD and takes anywhere from 2-5 business days (on average) within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can take between 3-7 business days on average. Shipping cost for items that are returned/exchanged is paid for by the customer. 


International shipping cost is dependent upon your location and can take between 7-25 business days. Shipping speed varies based on final destination, time of year, and other events such as national holidays and severe weather. International shipping rates are provided for the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. Shipping cost for items that are returned/exchanged is paid for by the customer. Please note that shipping cost does not include customs fees, which are import taxes charged by your government and not by Dormi Headphones LLC. 


Unless explicitly requested and paid for by the customer, shipping does not include insurance. If your order is being sent to an area where lost/stolen packages are common, it is advised to contact us about purchasing insurance for your package. Dormi Headphones LLC cannot be held liable for packages that were successfully delivered but were later lost or stolen. 


At this time, we are not offering local pickup for our items.

We do NOT allow orders to be "returned to sender" for a refund. Our warehouse in Moreno Valley does not accept returns, and the returned to sender fee will be deducted from the refund amount in this case. 


In the instance where an order is returned and refunded, shipping cost will not be refunded. Shipping costs are consumed at the time of shipping and are considered a sunk cost, and will be deducted from the refund amount at the time the refund is issued.
