We have partnered with ShipBob which uses USPS First Class shipping or DHL depending on your location. Usually, shipping takes 2-5 days domestically. International shipments take 8-20 business days depending on location. We are usually able to ship out orders same day or the day after order placement.
If your package is lost in transit, we will re-ship the headphones at no cost to you. If your package is reported as "delivered" but subsequently lost or stolen, unfortunately Dormi Headphones cannot be held liable in this instance. If package theft is common in your area, please contact us before ordering so that we may add insurance to your package.
At Dormi, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If a package is damaged in transit, we will re-ship the headphones at no cost to you. For such issues as: package left out in the rain or severe weather, package sent to incorrect address due to incorrect address submitted at checkout, or forwarded packages, Dormi Headphones LLC cannot be held liable. In these instances, it is best to contact your local post office or file a claim with USPS here.
