We have partnered with ShipBob which uses USPS First Class shipping or DHL depending on your location. Usually, shipping takes 2-5 days domestically. International shipments take 8-20 business days depending on location. We are usually able to ship out orders same day or the day after order placement.
If your package is lost in transit, we will re-ship the headphones at no cost to you. If your package is reported as "delivered" but subsequently lost or stolen, unfortunately Dormi Headphones cannot be held liable in this instance. If package theft is common in your area, please contact us before ordering so that we may add insurance to your package.

Absolutely! Dormi Original Headphones were designed to be used for sleep, sport, travel, and more. Dormi Dream Headphones were designed with thinner, softer speakers specifically for use during sleep. For side sleepers, we typically recommend Dormi Dream headphones for premium comfort.
Your Dormi Headphones headband is washable after removing the speakers through the opening in the back of the headband. The speakers and electrical components are NOT washable. Please do not forget to remove the speakers before washing the headband. The headband can be hand-washed or machine washed on a gentle cycle. Always lay your Dormi headband flat to dry. Putting it in the dryer can cause unwanted shrinkage. Make sure the headband is fully dry before re-inserting speakers.
Each set of Dormi Headphones includes an instruction manual that explains how to pair the headphones with your device, adjust volume, change track, and more. To pair the headphones with your device, take the following steps:
1. Fully charge your Dormi Headphones and disconnect from charger.
2. When your headphones are ready to pair, they will flash red/blue quickly.
3. Open the "Bluetooth" options on your device and wait for it to locate the headband.
4. Select the option called "Bluetooth Headband" on your device.
5. When the headband is successfully paired, the light will change to a slowly flashing blue.

Sometimes, a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. In this instance, we will charge you the shipping fee to re-ship to your updated address as per our "returned to sender" policy. Dormi Headphones are compatible with all devices with Bluetooth 5.0 capability. For example, Dormi Headphones are compatible with Alexa devices, Apple and Android smartphones, Bluetooth enabled laptops, and Bluetooth enabled tablets. Dormi Headphones are NOT compatible with Nokia phones.
In this case, "Package transferred to post office" means your package has been transferred to USPS.
This happens when a package shipped via UPS is then transferred to USPS before it reaches its final destination. USPS is a faster and more reliable postal service for shipping small packages, and UPS will often send their small packages to USPS for final delivery. This does not mean you need to go to your local post office to pick it up. The package is still on its way to you.
When placing or receiving a call, as long as your Dormi Headphones are connected via bluetooth, you will be able to select which microphone you’d like to use on the call (speaker, internal mic, or Bluetooth Headband which is our headphones).
Great question! The Original headphones were the first version of Dormi Headphones we ever released. They were designed to be versatile for daily and nightly use and are comfortable for both sleeping and for day to day activities. The Dream headphones, on the other hand, are designed specially for sleep and have thinner, softer speakers than the Original headphones do.
For now, there is no option to turn off the blue light on the headphones. However, many customers have had success covering the light by putting a small piece of electrical tape over it. The control panel (including the control buttons and the indicator light) can also be moved to the right or to the left inside the headband so that the light doesn't directly align with the hole.

Yes! We do our best to be as eco-friendly as possible. Our shipping and packaging boxes are 100% recyclable and the electronic components of our headphones (speakers and chargers) can be recycled at any Apple Store location near you. We use eco-friendly shipping methods and never use overnight shipping unless explicitly requested by a customer.
