Refund policy: COVID-19 UPDATE: In order to protect our employees and staff from any additional risk, due to COVID-19 we have made the following changes to our return policy. If you are experiencing a technical problem with your Dormi Headphones, you may return them for a full product refund within 30 days from date of purchase. Please understand that for safety reasons we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind at this time. Please include a copy of your receipt and all components of the product, such as the USB cable and chargers. We are unable to process any refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.
NOTE: Before doing the following, please e-mail us to discuss the reason for your return and ensure proper next steps are taken.
1. Print and fill out the Return Form.
2. Include the product as well as all components of the product (headband, speakers, charging cable, instructions manual, etc.
4. Your return will be processed within 7 days of receipt.
