Return Policy | Dormi Sleep Headphones

We are sorry to hear that you would like to return your Dormi Headphones. However, we understand that sometimes these things happen. Before initiating the return, please contact us at support@dormiphones.com to see if we can assist you in any way with your concern.

As a small business, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and we will gladly help with any questions you may have. If you would still like to return your purchase, we will promptly assist you and help begin the return or exchange process!

NOTE: Before doing the following, please e-mail us to discuss the reason for your return and ensure proper next steps are taken.

IMPORTANT: Please do NOT return your order to sender. Our warehouse in Moreno Valley does NOT accept returns. Returning the package to sender will result in the returned to sender fee being charged to the customer by deduction from the total refund amount! 

Return Process:

1. Print and fill out the Return Form.

2. Include the product as well as all components of the product (headband, speakers, charging cable, instructions manual, black silk bag, etc.)

* all orders of the Dormi Dream headphones must return the silk carrying bag, or a $10 fee will be subtracted from your return. 

3. Properly package and send the product, additional components, and completed form to:

4. Your return will be processed within 7 days of receipt.
